Städlin is a Concept Bar that contains Food, Drink, Musical and food and wine events, maintaining high quality standards in all its proposals.
History It all began in Zug, the Swiss capital of the homonymous canton, in the late 1800s by the will of the founder Michael Städlin, descendant of an ancient family of millers. But this, perhaps, is another story.
What really interests us is tomorrow. On the slopes of the Gasometer, in the former Capitoline industrial area par excellence, colonized by steel and cast iron and revitalized by the most admirable human creativity, Städlin was born, the new multifunctional center that aims to redesign the intellectual geography of the Iron Bridge.
Inserted under the road level connecting Ostiense and Portuense, in a context with a wide social and cultural ferment, Städlin pours into its walls the historical memory of the district that hosts it: attention to detail, alcoholic and non-alcoholic events, a sought after food menus merge with the best emerging musical realities, amplified by a bespoke sound system and a meticulous architecture in its markedly underground being in which the most perverse and seminal exposures that the current art scene will reserve will fl ow and fl ow. A hybrid of aesthetic fury, situationism and leisure suitable for every type of thinking brain.
Inside you will also find the historic Ultrasuoni, the most loved record shop in the capital, which after years of broken hearts in the alleys of the Monti district, packs its vinyls and moves to the other side of the Tiber for a new, exciting adventure .
Städlin, the new place to be, not necessarily where to be seen.
